Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Prolificrew Studio(“Prolificrew”, “we”) collects through prolificrew.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For the Format Pro Chrome extension, see its separate privacy policy.

Information we collect

• Contact and inquiry forms. When you use a form on this site we receive the name, email address, optional service selection and message you type, along with the page you submitted it from.
• RoughCut.io waitlist. If you join the waitlist we store your email address so we can tell you when the product is available.
• Analytics.We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site. It records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and uses cookies to tell visits apart. You can opt out with a browser setting, an ad blocker or Google's opt-out add-on.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and reliability.
• Theme preference.Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• To notify waitlist members about product availability.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fix technical problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting and email providers, and when the law requires it. Links to external sites (for example GitHub, LinkedIn, Upwork and the Chrome Web Store) are governed by those sites' own policies.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship. Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches and you have been notified, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove you from the waitlist, by emailing inquiry@prolificrew.com.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are validated on the server. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
